By engaging the services of Ivoire Shipping LLC (“Company”), the customer (“Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following professional Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Ivoire Shipping LLC provides high-performance logistics and procurement solutions, including:

Global Logistics Coordination: Domestic and international freight management.

Private U.S. Address (Shop & Ship): Secure forwarding via a dedicated U.S. hub.

Professional Procurement (Personal Shopper): On-site procurement in select U.S. metropolitan areas.

Corporate Travel & Logistics: Strategic coordination for business-related transit.

Package Consolidation: Optimized forwarding and logistics assistance.
2. Customer Obligations & Compliance
To ensure frictionless transit, the Customer is responsible for:

Providing comprehensive and accurate data (identities, valuations, and descriptions).

Ensuring all cargo complies with U.S. export laws, international treaties, and destination country regulations.

The full settlement of all service fees, carrier charges, duties, and handling costs.

Liability: Any fines, seizures, or operational delays resulting from inaccurate data or restricted cargo are the sole financial responsibility of the Customer.
3. Prohibited & Restricted Cargo
The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for hazardous or illegal items. Restricted cargo includes, but is not limited to:

Controlled substances, weapons, and ammunition.

Explosives, flammables, and hazardous materials (HazMat).

Counterfeit goods and unapproved perishables.
-
Right of Refusal: Ivoire Shipping LLC reserves the right to decline or terminate any shipment at its professional discretion.
4. Operational Inspection & Security
To maintain cargo security and regulatory standards, all packages are subject to inspection, opening, and repackaging by the Company, partner carriers, or government authorities (e.g., U.S. Customs and Border Protection). Suspicious cargo will be flagged and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Private U.S. Address Protocol
A $10 Access Fee is required for use of the private U.S. address. This fee is credited toward final shipping costs. The Customer maintains total responsibility for third-party seller disputes, product quality, and return logistics. Ivoire Shipping LLC acts strictly as a logistics provider, not a seller of goods.
6. Professional Procurement Service (Personal Shopper)
Our procurement service requires a $300 non-negotiable upfront fee.

Balance Allocation: If purchases total less than $300, the remaining balance is applied to shipping costs. Any surplus thereafter may be refunded.

Service Areas: Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and Houston.

Limitations: The Company is not liable for manufacturer defects, sizing errors, or third-party store policies.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Force Majeure
Transit timelines are strategic estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Ivoire Shipping LLC is not liable for disruptions caused by customs bottlenecks, carrier performance, weather, government intervention, or Force Majeure events.
8. Customs, Duties & Brokerage
All import taxes, duties, and fees are the responsibility of the Customer. While we provide customs clearance support, Customers retain the right to designate their own customs broker.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service fees are non-refundable once operational execution has commenced. Refunds are issued solely at the Company’s discretion in instances of verified billing errors.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ivoire Shipping LLC’s liability is strictly limited to the service fees paid for the specific shipment in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or the actions of third-party carriers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Engagement with the Company’s infrastructure or services constitutes a binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

In the absence of supplemental insurance, the Company’s total liability is strictly limited to the service fees paid for the specific shipping transaction. The Company is not responsible for the replacement value of the cargo itself without active insurance coverage.
